Deepening Roots in Taiwan
Expanding Local Talent and Employment Opportunities
Since its founding, ACES Group has focused on the research, development, manufacturing, and sales of high-precision connectors, striving to become a global leader in connection solutions. Our main production bases span Taoyuan Zhongli (Taiwan), Dongguan, Kunshan, the Philippines, and Vietnam, with Taiwan serving as the core center for R&D and automated manufacturing. In recent years, ACES has continued to increase investment in Taiwan. In March 2025, we completed and inaugurated a brand-new R&D Headquarters Building in Zhongli District, Taoyuan City. This facility enables us to deepen key R&D technologies locally and integrate with our existing Precision Engineering Center, expanding our operational scale and R&D manufacturing capacity in the Taoyuan area. Through these efforts, we aim to create more employment opportunities within the local community.

Expanding Presence in Hualien and Taitung
Balancing Urban and Rural Development
ACES recognizes the impact that imbalanced urban-rural development has on talent mobility. In 2019, we established Taitung Hongyu. Chairman Yuan stated, “Places like Hualien and Taitung should remain unpolluted, which is right, but that doesn’t mean they lack competitiveness.” Taitung is blessed with beautiful mountains and waters, yet local tech talent often must leave their hometowns to find employment. Observing overseas industrial development models where factories coexist harmoniously with nature—integrating buildings with forests to balance technology and ecology—Chairman Yuan was inspired to set up a precision machinery plant in Taitung. This facility operates in a pollution-free manner, enabling local graduates to return home for employment. It embodies the philosophy of “study locally, work locally, and stay locally,” helping to balance urban and rural development.
Increasing Local Procurement Ratio Year by Year
Since 2020, with the steady capacity expansion of the Taiwan Precision Engineering Center, the proportion of in-house production has also increased, driving demand for local materials and cooperation within the supply chain. To meet the needs of global clients and ongoing expansion of the Taiwan factories, ACES has further strengthened its local procurement strategy, actively collaborating with local suppliers to promote industry chain prosperity. For example, in 2024, the procurement expenditure from Taiwan-based suppliers reached 62% of total purchases.
