ACES Receives Dual Recognition with the “ESG for Culture Impact Award” from Taiwan Creative Content Agency and the “Social Service Award” from the Library Association of the Republic of China

ACES was honored today (21st) with two prestigious awards: the 1st ESG for Culture Impact Award – Resource Support Category from the Taiwan Creative Content Agency (TAICCA), and the Social Service Award from the Library Association of the Republic of China. These recognitions highlight ACES’ longstanding commitment and concrete actions in promoting reading resources, advancing social welfare, and driving ESG sustainability.

 

ACES has long promoted its Mobile Library Donation Program, an innovative model in which the company funds the vehicles while donations are made under the names of outstanding employees—creating a virtuous cycle within the company and society. Since 2006, the company has donated nearly 100 public-service vehicles. Since 2016, ACES has further contributed more than 20 mobile libraries to remote mountainous areas and indigenous communities, delivering thousands of books and narrowing the educational gap between urban and rural regions. Each vehicle is customized to reflect local culture—for example, the Wufeng Township mobile library incorporates indigenous totem designs, while the Yilan County vehicle features elements inspired by ocean culture. Through these efforts, ACES transforms ESG principles into lasting cultural energy, enabling mobile libraries to carry knowledge, culture, and hope to every corner of Taiwan.

 

Judging panels for both awards recognized ACES’ innovative and sustainable philanthropic model. In addition to demonstrating long-term commitment and local impact in reading promotion, the “outstanding employee donation” approach strengthens the connection between employees and local communities, successfully creating a positive cycle between corporate culture and social good.

 

ACES noted that the company will celebrate its 30th anniversary in 2026. Receiving these two distinguished honors from TAICCA and the Library Association is not only a recognition of the company’s long-term dedication, but also an affirmation of its strategic approach to corporate social responsibility. Building on this foundation, ACES will continue expanding the reach of its Mobile Library Program, deepening reading promotion in rural regions, and enhancing cross-county collaboration, while exploring innovative ways to advance ESG sustainability.
