1. Special Project Basic Information

Suzhou City, Jialisi Precision Metal Craft Products Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Kunshan ACES Electronics Co., Ltd., is located in the Kunshan Economic and Technical Development Zone, No. 102 Matang Road, Penglang. In 2011, the company planned an annual production of 5.4 billion connectors, and the special project was divided into two stages of acceptance; on July 13, 2016 Stage 1 (annual production of 2.025 billion electronical connectors) was accepted by the Suzhou Environmental Protection Bureau (Suhuanyan[2016] No. 85); Stage 2 (annual production of 3.375 billion electronical connectors) was initiated in February 2016 and completed in August 2016, and its trial production (operation) was approved by the Suzhou Environmental Protection Bureau on October 5, 2016. With the approval made by the Suzhou Environmental Protection Bureau on June 28, 2017, the trial production was then extended until October 4, 2017; the stage was accepted by the organization experts on January 16, 2018, and the relevant acceptance information was publicized in accordance with the laws and regulations.
